Description
Many of us fans wondered what X would look like without his helmet. Why don't we show his hair? that's one of Dr. Light's intentions of making a robot as close to humans as he could and reploids also cache into that. "Helmet bashing" would take the fight or struggle between foes to a new level, most likely in scripted events. If Megaman X9 becomes a thing, we could probably see X being helmetless at the opening stage until the end where he gets his helmet on or perhaps an option you can buy at the item shop ala Megaman 9, also because who doesn't like the prospect of putting on your helmet?, Helmeted or Helmetless are equally epic in their own right. Also Zero could also be helmetless for obvious reasons, the ponytail going down his calves makes us want to see the rest of his hair on his head.
For some reason, X's surname is Mega Man supposedly for brand recognition, hence "Mega Man X" despite being more commonly nicknamed "X". Well Mega Man could just be X's alter ego shared with Dr. Light's earlier robot, "Rock" from the classic series probably because of the similar armor design and palette.
