MODERNIZED Arctur the Dragonkin Description

Name: Arctur the Dragonkin

Bio:

Arctur the Dragonkin is a reptilian being, He was called "Dragonkin" because he was a mix between a Mobian dragon and a Black Arms alien. His descendants the "Mythos Creatures" will have planned a war against the Organizers and the Time Police, Silver the Hedgehog presumably works in. His parents, the dragon mother and the alien father from the Black Arms raised him fine like most parents but never taught him to have a better attitude, he was also taught to use Chaos powers by the elderly red dragon, Glint and mastered it in his teens. Despite Arctur's peculiarity for a soldier, he joined and served G.U.N. even for the sake of his said equipment and joined Team Dark to establish the "Fourth Dimension Freedom Fighters". He belonged in a space craft meant for his renegade crew of militant Mobian mythical creatures, he may have been a space marine and the word sounded cool it fits even him but presumably came from the Space Marine branch of G.U.N. without relying on such infantryman, there will be no way out of the Black Arms catastrophe targeting Mobius and presumably other planets/natural satellites later on.

Arctur and Shadow were sent to restore the Drakons' (ドラク星人 Doraku-seijin) home planet and life, Arctur had only learned of the imperial race from documents (Romanoidus Transcapabilis). He commanded Shadow and his "Mythos Creatures" soldiers to snatch and grab Cosmo, originally as an assassination plan under Dark Oak's order, Tails' parents would later sabotage Arctur's ship to return Cosmo to Tails.

Appearance:

Arctur's skin is green with large dots of transparent yellow around him, he has large claws, with the Black Warrior's (Sci. name: Xenigrum Iterbellum) eyes, broader teeth, and odd features including the cheek gills in place of whiskers and antlers but do not fit into his uniform. He is serpentine in shape even as an upright Mobian Eastern dragon but inherited his father's foot shape along with a sleek black jump suit but underneath it are kevlar vests and protective padding with dark tan metal breastplate "designed and carved into an intricate pattern and enameled in bright colours" perhaps traditional camouflage with some modifications.

Equipment:

Arctur carries a large designated marksman rifle along with the trademark sleek black laser pistol, such sidearms are customarily used over handguns that spend lead bullets in order to save the latter for future rifle rounds. The Armor he wears are kevlar vest along with metallic/plastic-y breastplate and a high-tech Kabuto with night vision peripherals attached to the front, what ever he is equipped with are made by the "Guardian Units of the Nations".

Personality:

Arctur is cold, cruel and mocking. He is also substantially grumpy much like Shadow, even though the two are loyal to each other and he is also a scrappy fighter, he mildly takes offense when he is criticized for his bad attitude.

Abilities:

Arctur is able to turn into a Wheel and spin dash much like Vector, and can fold his wings to glide like "Knuckles", he is also capable of using Chaos powers much like Shadow the Hedgehog. His ability type is "Power", nothing will limit him from being capable of super transformation even with Chaos Emeralds.
